Team

This venture is the natural evolution of the hospitality design practice that Eric Adolfsen and Carlton DeWoody have built over the last seven years at their studio Reunion Goods & Services. In that time, both have worked with prominent real estate developers and hospitality groups across the country. In launching Format, Adolfsen and DeWoody have partnered with Jake Sokol, who has more than ten years of experience in real estate, most recently at JMC Holdings.
